Randy is responsible for the day-to-day operations risk management and all other aspects of California and Nevada Title Operations. He has professional experience in title escrow sales and management giving our company an edge in service and knowledge that benefits clients and staff in transactions. He is an expert in the Bay Area real estate market as well as technology and he continues to look for ways to provide value and information to clients. He specializes in proactive underwriting hiring exceptional people and finding cutting edge technology. Closing challenging transactions is his specialty!

Randy is a decorated United States Navy veteran. He graduated the Navy’s prestigious Broadened Opportunity for Officer Selection and Training (BOOST) School and was awarded a full academic scholarship to the University of Arizona by the United States Navy. Randy honorably left the Navy in 1991 and has been in the title industry ever since. He is a member of the California Land Title Association (claims committee) and American Land Title Association. In 2005 he completed Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate by the CCIM Institute.

When away from the office Randy currently volunteers with Royal Family Kids an organization focused on local foster kids and with the USS Hornet Sea Air and Space Museum in their Live Aboard and Education departments. He is also a board member and treasurer for Sugarpine Christian Camps. He loves fishing in the Delta and is an active member and participant of Pacific Coast Cornhole. He’s been married to his wife Darsey for 26 years and has two sons.
