As a 30+ year veteran Jill Jacobs possesses a wealth of knowledge in all matters relating to escrow. In addition to her Senior Escrow Officer duties she also co-manages the Roseville Branch. Her focus is on residential resale transactions from condos to mansions. She is also very proficient at refinance escrows and 1031 tax deferred exchanges and has significant experience at handling short sale and REO escrows.
