April has been in the title industry since 1998. Raised by a mother in the real estate industry April became familiar with industry issues and terms at a very early age. She further acquainted herself with the business as a receptionist in a title company.

Since then she’s been honing her skills from the ground up. Quickly learning she proved to have a natural aptitude for the tasks at hand. In time she became an escrow officer. Garnering experience in REO sales construction loans and out of state transactions she specializes in resales refinances and short sales. April prides herself on great attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve. Organization is also one of the keys to her success. She is proud of the efficient service she provides her clients and has discovered that her clients appreciate her quick response time and constant communication.

Her primary focus is to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish for all parties while offering the best service possible.
